Refunds & Digital Products Policy

Thank you for supporting Em Duncan Photography! Please read this policy carefully before purchasing sessions, prints, or digital downloads.

1. Photography Services
All session fees and retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please refer to the terms in your signed photography contract.

2. Prints & Physical Products
Due to the custom nature of prints and albums, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@em-duncan.com so I can make it right.

3. Digital Downloads
All sales of digital products (including presets, guides, or printable images) are final and non-refundable. Once the files are delivered, I cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please be sure you have the correct software and knowledge to use digital products before purchasing.

4. Etsy Purchases
If you purchase through my Etsy shop, Etsy’s platform policies also apply. However, the above rules regarding final sales still apply to digital products and prints.
